Preorder Policy

Thank you for choosing to place your preorder with Below are answers to the questions you may have.

What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is an order you place for an item that is not yet stocked in our warehouse, you will be placing an order with the understanding that the item(s) will be shipped at a later date.

When do I pay for my pre-order?
The full price for Pre-Order items are charged at the time of your purchase.

Are there limited quantities on pre-orders?
Because we aim to provide a fair shopping experience for all our customers, and to give everyone the best chance at purchasing exclusive or non-exclusive items, some items will be limited quantities per household.
If an item has a quantity limit it always announced before the launch, as well as posted on each product listing on the website.
Products may be limited per order, per person or household, or to orders that use the same credit card, billing and/or shipping address, or share any other order attribute.
Orders that exceed the limit restrictions on an item will be canceled after the order is placed. If an order is canceled, it can take 3-7 business days for a refund to returned depending on the financial institution you bank with.
If a customer is found to be using multiple email addresses, manipulate shipping addresses, place multiple, excessive orders of the same product, or try and bypass our product limits in any other way, they will have all orders canceled and/or be banned from making future purchases.

When will my pre-order ship?
The delivery timeframe on preorders is posted on our website under each pre-order item’s listing, please be advised that these shipping estimates can change due to manufacturing delays or shipping delays caused by situations out of our control. All pre-order dates are subject to change.​
When a pre-order arrives in our warehouse, it takes precedence over all other orders, and ships out immediately. When your order ships you will receiving a shipping notification email with tracking information.
You can always check a Pre-Order items listing on our website, for the updated delivery schedule.

Will preorders restock if they sell out?
If items sell out during a preorder launch, we may or may not restock, depending on the availability from the manufacturer. However, ‘Limited Edition’ items will not be restocked once they are sold out.

Can I order in-stock items with my pre-order?
Absolutely! US Domestic orders with both in-stock items and pre-order items will be split shipped.
International orders will be held until all items are available to ship.

Can I cancel my preorder?
You are able to cancel your pre-order, but please be aware that all pre-orders will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. The 10% cancellation fee is calculated on the total including discounts/rewards, shipping & taxes.
Cancellation fees can be avoided by accepting a refund in store credit for the full amount of the purchase.

What happens if I refuse my package when it’s delivered?
Orders who’s packages that are ‘refused’ at time of delivery will be treated as cancellations and subjected to a 10% cancellation fee as well as the cost of shipping both ways.
