Q Where is my shipment?
A You can track you order directly on the carrier's website or click on the Track Order link in your account for tracking status. (Keep this in mind when selecting your shipping options. If you request that no signature be required for delivery and the package is left unattended, you're accepting full responsibility for loss or damage. For security purposes, a request for signature cannot be removed for packages being delivered to select areas.)

Q Do you send out packages with signature confirmation?
A All orders over $150 USD will be shipped requiring a signature on delivery.

Q What if I placed an order and LAStyleRush.com doesn't have it?
A We make every effort to maintain a good amount of supply in our stock, sometimes we run out of certain items. Out-of-stock items will be removed from your original order total and a revised total will appear in your shipping confirmation email. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept back orders at this time.

Q How do I place a gift order?
A When placing your order, please select "Is this a Gift?" during the checkout process. Price tags will be removed from all the item(s) and a gift receipt with no pricing information will be included with the order. You may also include a brief message that will be printed on the gift receipt.

Q How should I care for my products?

Q What types of payments are being accepted for online purchases, and when am I billed?
A LAStyleRush.com accepts all major credit card such as VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, and PAYPAL. If you are paying with debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations pertaining to daily withdrawals on your card. LAStyleRush.com reserves the justify to request additional identification. If this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.

Q I don’t have a PayPal account, how can I apply one to use on LAStyleRush.com?
A You can register for a PayPal account by visiting www.paypal.com and clicking on the 'Sign Up' button at the top of the page. After you have complete the registration form, PayPal will send you a confirmation email. It will contain instructions to complete the registration process. Once your PayPal account has been created, you can use it to pay for products at LAStyleRush.com.

Q What shipping and handling options are available?
A Orders are shipped via United States Post Office using the most updated rates from their website.

Q When will I receive tracking number?
A Tracking number will be provided when the item is being shipped out. However, tracking numbers will ONLY be provided to domestic buyers and international buyers who purchased Express Mail International shipping.

Q When will my order be shipped?
A Most orders are shipped within one to two business days after you place your order, provided the product(s) ordered are in stock. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Saturday, Sunday, and National Holidays. Once an order is placed, the shipping option that was selected on the order can no longer be changed.

Q Do you have expedited shipping?
A Yes. Expedited orders must be made before 12:00 pm Eastern Time to guarantee that your order is processed the same day. If your shipping information does not match your billing information, there may be a delay in order processing. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Saturday, Sunday, and National Holidays. We do not guarantee arrival date of an order. Once an order is placed, the shipping option that was selected on the order can no longer be changed.

Q Can I ship an order to multiple addresses with different shipping method?
A If you would like to ship to a multiple address and different shipping method you must use separate checkouts.

Q Do you have any Free Shipping promotions right now?

Q Can I ship an order to a P.O. Box?
A Unfortunately, we no longer accept orders that ships to a P.O. Box. However, orders that are shipped to A.P.O. or F.P.O., boxes within United States are automatically shipped by USPS ground.

Q What Is Route Shipping Insurance?
Route is a shipping insurance company that covers packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If purchased with an order, Route ensures that customers get what they paid for, and allows for easy reordering.
Q What happens if my package is lost or damaged during transit?
Orders with Route Shipping Insurance will need to file a claim with Route, and Route will assist with either refunding or replacing the order. Orders placed without Route Shipping Insurance accept full responsibility for theft, loss, or damage once the order has been shipped. Please be advised that after shipment LA Style Rush is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or that have been tampered with during transit.
Q How do I file a claim with Route Shipping Insurance if my package has been lost or damaged?
When you purchase a product with Route Shipping Insurance, you will receive an email with your route order ID and link to file a claim.

To file a claim from your email, please follow the steps below:

* Open your email from Route.
* Copy your Route ID Number in the email and click FILE A CLAIM.
* In the claim form, fill out the required information-email address, subject line, and claim type.
* Once you have chosen a claim type (lost, stolen, or damaged), paste to type your Route ID Number into the required field.
* Fill out the rest of the fields and once done click submit.

Q Which items are final sale and cannot be returned?

All rave gear (harnesses, hand fans, rave goggles, apparel, masks, etc.) are final sale. We are not able to accept returns of rave gear due to sanitary purpose. Sale items are also final sale. Thank you for your understanding.
