This Halloween, LASR is going full Japanese horror-idol. ZOMBIE IDOL is our new campaign built around one idea: cute doesn't die easy. Torn lace, dried blood, platform boots dragging through an abandoned warehouse — this is the aesthetic we're chasing all season, and it starts with the full look.
THE LOOK
The whole outfit is built around ACDC Rag's darkest pieces yet. The Dark Gothic Cat Ear Punk Crown Zip Jacket ($98) anchors the fit — an oversized all-black zip jacket with a cat-ear crown hood, lace trim, safety pin and chain hardware, and a grey skull-and-crest graphic across the back. Underneath, we layered in the Royal Road Punk Rock Red Tartan Pleated Skirt ($74) — bold red plaid with pleats that actually move.
On her head, the Dark Abyss Cat Ear Beanie Hat ($38) finishes the silhouette. On her feet, the Darkness Black Platform Boots ($220) from Anthony Wang — heavily buckled, spike-studded, built for a warehouse floor. And slung over one arm, the Skeleton Kitty Plush Backpack ($48) — sweet and spooky in equal measure, exactly the tone this whole campaign is chasing.

THE BOOTS: DARKNESS
The Darkness Black Platform Boots ($220) from Anthony Wang's Free Your Mind line are the foundation of this whole look. Heavily buckled straps up the shaft, spike-stud detailing, and a chunky platform sole built to actually hold up on uneven ground — these aren't just a styling choice, they're the piece doing the heavy lifting every time she takes a step through the wreckage.
THE BACKPACK: SKELETON KITTY
The Skeleton Kitty Plush Backpack ($48) is the detail that makes this campaign work — genuinely cute, genuinely unsettling, all at once. Plush cat ears and paws, a full skeletal ribcage design, and a small embroidered heart where the real one should be. Straight from the gritty streets of Harajuku, the Dark Abyss Cat Ear Beanie Hat ($38) from ACDC Rag brings punk-grunge texture with a cross charm and ring hardware detail — small enough to layer under a hood, bold enough to be the whole statement piece on its own.
